Need more RF transmit power in either the 900 MHz or 1.3 GHz frequencies? The Cellular Bridge combines world class radio technology with globally deployable cellular technology, Verizon or SIM based cellular addressability. The “Bridge” is designed to give ease of cellular deployment with the ability to reduce cellular connection fees by combining cell phone connectivity and world class proprietary radios at 900 MHz and/or 2.4 GHz.
FGR2 Series Industrial Radios
The FGR2 is a cost effective solution that allows customers to incorporate wireless communications into a wide variety of applications.
Offered as a board level product and in an enclosure, the FGR2 provides tremendous flexibility for us in applications around the world ranging from oil and gas to gold carts, water systems and more. The FGR2 is backward compatible with the FGR and DGR Series of FreeWave radios, enabling existing customers to leverage and extend their existing investment.
The FGR2-PE and FGR2-P deliver wireless Ethernet and serial data communications in harsh RF environments and over long distances. This future-proof combination of serial and switched Ethernet ports is fully compatible with the FGRPlus family of radios and allow for the transition from serial to Ethernet communications without having to replace existing wireless data communication infrastructure.
The FGR2-IOS radio with embedded I/O functions is available in either as board level device or in an enclosure. Both operate in one of two modes: Modbus and Wire Replacement. In the Modbus mode, FGR2-IOS can be directly connected as an I/O peripheral to a SCADA network. For Wire Replacement (wireless signal replication), the FGR2-IOS can operate as a Slave linked to an FGRIO-M (Master) radio. The enclosure version also includes switchable and protected resistors for convenience when using 4-20 mA sensors.
If your operations take you to Europe or other oversea markets, the FreeWave GX Series of 2.4GHz industrial radios delivers performance, reliability and quality in a globally available spectrum and full ETSi, FCC, IC, RoHS, and UL Class 1 Division 2 certificates. Offered as a board level product and in a rugged enclosure, the GX provides tremendous flexibility for use in applications around the world.
Building on the success of our 900 MHz product family, the FreeWave 2.4 GHz GXM radio has been designed to provide OEMs with the performance, reliability and quality they have come to know and expect in our products in a globally available spectrum. The 1.4” x 2” form factor of the GXM is a drop-in replacement for the MM2, enabling OEMs to leverage their existing designs for international markets where 900MHz spectrum is unavailable and is ideally suited for applications where space is a premium.
