Alliance is Open for Business

To Alliance Customers:

As a business operating in telecommunications, we are deemed to be providing “essential critical infrastructure” and therefore will remain open to continue business operations.

That said we feel it’s appropriate to take additional measures to prevent the risk and spread of the virus.

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation by the hour and continue to take action that will keep our employees safe, help prevent the spread of the virus, while also keeping Alliance open for business.  We are limiting the number of people in our offices and warehouses and the amount of potential interactions between employees and have initiated a work-from-home policy for those who can and rotating shifts for those who need to be in the office and warehouse. 

If you are an Alliance customer, please rest- assured that we will answer your calls and e-mails and we will have staff in our warehouses to ship materials to you. For our warehouse staff we have implemented procedures so we limit interactions and are able to maintain the recommended social distancing.

We are committed to ensuring that everyone on the team is supported during these times, and that we are able to maintain as close to a normal life as possible.

The situation is changing rapidly and we will continue to respond and take additional actions as required to keep everyone safe and the business operational.

Again, be safe, practice good hand washing techniques, social distancing, limit your exposure whenever possible.
